We enjoyed our stay at Southern Blue Mumford. We loved the renovation to the building. Our unit was located near the rooftop terrace which was very convenient.Centrally located to downtown, restaurants and shopping. Quiet location. Will definitely be back.

Modern, clean, fully-functional apartment in a safe, walkable location.
Positive: The property was walkable to downtown shops. It was clean and comfortable.
Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Southern Blue was modern while maintaining its southern charm. The condo was clean, the rooftop patio was comfortable, and the community was incredibly friendly!
